Cancellation policies

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Flexible Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the original time.

Payment policies

We currently accept cash or check. Insurance does not cover DOT physicals. Payment is due at time of service.
